As Community Manager of Gartner’s IT client community, Peer Connect, we created a content calendar made up of hosted discussions with analysts and outside experts, webinars, technical articles, contests, email newsletters and other marketing content. Our goal was to increase user engagement by 25% over the course of a year. And we accomplished that goal, succeeding to keep our community members educated, entertained, and rewarded for their contributions.
